Fresh of performing for the Presidential Inauguration of Joe Biden, the FAMU Marching 100 will again share the national spotlight as it performs March 7 during  the NBA All-Star game.

The Marching 100 will perform during the pre-game segment as part of the National Basketball Association’s tribute to Historically Black Colleges or Universities.

Marching 100 band members taped their performance Wednesday afternoon at the Foster-Tanner Music Building on campus.

About 34 band members will play for the occasion.

“Our students are going to present an amazing show with exciting music and creative choreography," director Dr. Shelby Chipman said. "The ‘100’ will be spectacular, and we can't wait.”
