A Tallahassee grand jury returned an indictment Thursday against
Khalil Ogilvie, 26, on a charge of first-degree murder.  Ogilvie is accused of murdering MaKayla "MK" Bryant, a FAMU graduate and former cheerleader captain.

He remains in the Leon County Detention Facility without bail.

Bryant, 22, was shot and killed during a botched drug deal that erupted into gunfire in late January.
