Workers have begun to clear land for the long awaited teaching gym on the former intramural field next to Howard Hall. When completed the new gym will cost roughly $48M to build and furnish. In addition to being the new home of the Department of Health and Physical Education, the buidling will house the mens and womens basketball teams.
