The Detroit Lions selected him during the 2013 NFL Draft’s
seventh round with the 245th pick. Hepburn had impressed NFL scouts with his
stellar senior season at FAMU. On the field, he was the Rattlers’ leading
tackler and captain of the defense.
He later became a member of the Philadelphia Eagles’
practice squad in 2014.
