T. Willard Fair, chairman of the State Board of Education and president and CEO of the Urban League of Greater Miami, and Atty. Michael B. Chavies, of Akerman Senterfitt law firm, has been appointed to Board of Governor's task force to oversee FAMU's finances.
Fair is a long time ally of former Gov. Jeb Bush, together the two started Florida's first charter school.
Chavies is a former county judge that was appointed to the bench by former Gov. Lawton Chiles.
Why is it that we always end up with zeroes when it has anything to do with FAMU? Fair, the FCAT champion for Jeb Bush, brings nothing to the table. A closet republiKKKlan parading as an independent.
ReplyDeleteCharlie, I'm sure that you can do MUCH better than that.
T Willard and Chavies will do fine. Good brothers both.
ReplyDeleteYou said the same about Castell, Challis and Tyson!
ReplyDeleteFair and Chavies were appointed by Carolyn Roberts who championed Challis Lowe and Cast-Hell Bryant. The foxes are guarding the hen house. Be ye ever vigilant!
ReplyDeleteDamn, people! Let it go. Y'all sound like the republicans who can't stand the Clintons. The Clintons are gone and Castell, Challis and the others are gone.
ReplyDeleteLet's move to the future.
BE YE EVER VIGILANT! DON'T LET YOUR GUARD DOWN!!!
ReplyDeleteI can always count on a good laugh when reading this columm!
ReplyDeleteT Willard Fair is a "Snake in the Grass". He and Castell are very, very good friends. He brokered the deal with Jeb Bush ro get Castell at FAMU. I think his only interest is to be a watch dog for the past establishment.
ReplyDeleteT Willard and Chavies will do fine. Good brothers both.

Good for what is what we're still trying to figure out...
9:59 AM, 12:10 PM, and 6:28 PM got it right. I live and network here in South Florida, so I pretty much know what time it is with these folks. It ain' good.
Cast-Hell should pay FAMU back for whatever it cost to put out that propaganda piece, In Perspective, about her sorry ass administration. She owes FAMU for the cost of this slick surrey to save her legacy and for the bonus she never should have gotten for the phantom $8M surplus. Fact remains: CVB's ADMINISTRATION WAS THE WORST IN FAMU's HISTORY BAR NONE! NOW RUN AND TELL THAT!!!!!
ReplyDeletewhy don't y'all throw out some names of candidates for the Board of Trustees ?
ReplyDeleteLook, the fix is in. Carolyn and Castell are thick as thieves. Castell recommended both of these clowns to replace Allen and Dotson on the Task Force. Dotson was smart enough to get the hell out of there.
ReplyDeleteLook for a lot of ignorance come July 11 at the next Task Force meeting in Jacksonville.
Damn, this is definitely a blemish against Charlie Crist.
Fair looks like a tired ole pimp in all of those wild get ups. Does the man own a professional suit?
Crist needs to remove Carolyn Roberts. That's the BIG move.
