The Honda Battle of the Bands (HBOB) will return to Atlanta after a one year hiatus for Super Bowl on Saturday, January 25, 2020. From now until midnight EDT tonight fans can cast their votes to help determine which four of eight HBCU marching bands will get automatic bids based on the popular votes of fans.
The other four bands will be selected by Honda’s judges based on musical arrangements, choreography and formations.
The Marching 100 is making itself available for the Honda Battle of the Bands for the first time since 2011. Prior to then the band had participated in every single Honda BOTB, widely considered the Super Bowl of the HBCU band world.
The 100rd, began the year off at 2019 Rose Bowl Parade and Festival and the National BOTB in Houston. To vote, click here.
